Strength Conditioning

Layne Hood

I had simple fitness goals that Scott & Kristie handily helped me easily exceed! Before I got the Lemons' help I had already lost nearly a fifth of me through walking & diet changes over 6 months! But I still struggled with limited strength & stamina. It had been years since I regularly completed gym workouts.

Troy and Heather Stone

Scott and Kristie are actually neighbors of ours. So when my husband and I decided that we needed to start taking better care of our bodies we knew just the place to go.

One of the first questions that Kristie asked me was, "What are your goals for yourself and your body?" My answer was "I want to summit the South Sister by the end of my training with you." I think she expected to hear "oh, to lose 10 to 15 pounds" or something along that line not that I wanted to climb a mountain. She took it in stride and I explained that I didn't care what the scale said but more how my clothes fit and to have better endurance and stamina.

Anne-Marie Eklund

Scott and Kristie are fantastic trainers and, more important, they are genuine and fun people to know. Kristie taught my twins to swim and they always beg to return to her pool. They love her! She has a wonderful way with children (and adults too). She gets them to learn, swim and have fun. Scott has been training me for 4 months now.

William Todd

For 40 years I never have had too much of a concern for weight as I always seemed to just get by without tipping the scale! Then, on an annual physical at age 44, last year my Doctor gave me the news… Drugs, surgery and some praying or else!

Mike Hudson

For the past year, Scott has been my personal trainer. I have never had a personal trainer before if you don’t count the 5 Drill Instructors from Marine Boot Camp. First off, let me say that the facility is top notch! You don’t even feel like you are in a gym. But make no mistake; it is a place to work your body!

Deborah James

This is one of the best investments you could make. . .in yourself! I have been to many gyms but never knew there was a unique way to get quick results by using techniques that Kristie & Scott have taught me and my husband, William. In a matter of only a dozen workouts, we are more toned and can already see the results of muscle development and body sculpting.

Hi Kristie, I just had to tell you this, when Trix jumped up high enough for me to catch her in my arms like Terry does the morning I caught her mid air with both arms under her belly chest high. She and Terry do this trick a lot, and up till now when she jumps for me to do the same trick I had to just let her drop back to the ground because I wasn't strong enough or confident enough to catch her. It's the little things.

Thanks Scott and Kristie, for making me strong again. I am back to 18 months ago strong [probably stronger] but in addition the shoulder and back pain that I have had for 4 years is under control. I sleep without pain all night. That's 12 workouts 5 swims in 8 weeks, you should be proud, I am!
