I had simple fitness goals that Scott & Kristie handily helped me easily exceed! Before I got the Lemons' help I had already lost nearly a fifth of me through walking & diet changes over 6 months! But I still struggled with limited strength & stamina. It had been years since I regularly completed gym workouts.
My schedule hardly allowed the ideal workout regimen. Still working mostly with Scott in weekly, full-body workouts, I accomplished my goals & more. I have been most impressed with my new awareness of fitness that Scott taught. Beyond all the major muscle groups are the myriad support & stabilizing muscles. He helped me begin an era of recognizing what's weak & knowing effective strengthening exercises. Now I have the strength & stamina I want. I also gained a critical education for long term sustained fitness. Surprisingly, my whole posture has changed! Thanks guys.
